Level 1: Support Connection

If you’re new to the NDIS or just need some guidance, our Support Connection Service is here to help you get started. We work with you to:

• Understand your NDIS plan and funding
• Connect with the right service providers
• Build your capacity to manage supports independently
• Ensure you are receiving the services that best meet your needs

Level 2: Support Coordination

For those requiring more in-depth support, our Support Coordination Service helps you navigate the complexities of the NDIS and coordinate your services effectively. As well as providing the services in Level 1 Support, we assist with:

• Finding and connecting with the best service providers for your needs
• Negotiating service agreements and ensuring quality support
• Developing skills to increase independence in managing your plan
• Addressing challenges and resolving issues with service delivery
• Applying for a reassessment of your plan as your needs change

Level 3: Specialist Support Coordination (For Plan or Self-Managed Participants Only) 

Our Specialist Support Coordination Service is designed for participants with more complex needs who require a higher level of assistance to manage their supports effectively. As well as providing the services in Level 1 & 2 Supports, we provide:

• Expert guidance for participants with high support needs or multiple service providers
• Assistance in managing crises and reducing barriers to support
• Coordination with health, education, and justice systems where necessary
• Support to develop long-term, sustainable solutions for ongoing challenges
